For standard premium units, three to five business days is usually enough in Holiday. For luxury trailers and ADA units, we recommend two to three weeks, especially during peak wedding and event months. Same-day is sometimes possible — call and ask.

Yes. Standard servicing is once per week and included in the rental price. High-use events get more frequent visits. We schedule and log every service in Holiday so there's no confusion about what was done when.

All three, with caveats. Grass and gravel are fine for standard units. Significant slopes require either leveling or a different unit type — our team will assess during the delivery quote.

The flushable unit is still a single porta potty with a flush mechanism and small sink. The luxury trailer is a multi-stall, climate-controlled mobile restroom on wheels. Different scale, different price bracket, different use case.

Almost never for residential property. For public-facing placements — streets, sidewalks, parks — Holiday may require a permit. We can tell you what applies once we know the address.
